It is a service to give you the security and guarantee you the option to change the date of your tickets in case some unexpected situation may arise.
FlexiTicket will give you the option to modify the date in case that you cannot make it to the event on the selected date.
We all can have unexpected events avoid losing money!
WHAT CAUSES DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE?
These are the causes that are covered by our service:
- Error on the selection of your date (You have incorrectly chosen the date of the show, you want the tickets for another date.)
- You are part of a group and you purchased tickets for one date but you have decided to change it so that everybody can come.
- You or any of the attendants had an unexpected incident.
Let us know about your unexpected situation at least 48h in advance of the show.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you have decided to change the date of your tickets, you simply have to make a new purchase with your new desired date, from the same page where you made the first purchase, with at least the same amount and number of tickets as the first purchase and fill the form on this page.
The purchase for the new date must be at least the same amount (number of tickets) and value (price of tickets) as the first purchase.
The change of date is subjected to the availability considering the capacity of the venue and the event. We will be refunding the amount of the purchase of the first tickets that you bought as soon as possible.
